What data is processed?

For appointment requests, we process the name, surname, phone number and notes you share with us by phone, WhatsApp or email. The form on this site does not store what you enter; it only prepares a message for WhatsApp. If you send the message, the details are transmitted through WhatsApp.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed to arrange appointments, contact you and answer your request, on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698: being directly related to the conclusion of a contract, and your explicit consent. Health data created during examination and treatment is processed separately under the relevant health legislation.

Transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. Messages sent through WhatsApp are carried on the infrastructure of that service provider.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for correction or deletion, and to object. You can send your requests to dt.duygugozkaya@gmail.com.
